Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of all dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax, chalk, mildew, efflorescence and other contamination that would interfere with new coating adhesion. Water stained surfaces must be primed and sealed using a stain blocking primer. Performance will be directly related to the degree of surface preparation.
