About the role: The Demand Planning & Data Management role aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how demand planning and data management integrate within the supply chain and enterprise systems. By the end of the program, participants will develop skills in demand forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and the mechanics of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

What you’ll do:
Demand Analysis:
Analyze historical data and forecasts to create accurate demand projections.Requisition Review:
Review purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.Inventory Analysis:
Assess stock levels, identify excess or shortages, and recommend optimizations.Data Management:
Update and maintain key IFS data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the ERP system.Service Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze service metrics like on-time delivery and stock availability.Process Improvement:
Identify process improvements and collaborate with R&D, QC, and Production.MRP Operations:
Assist with MRP setup and runs to support production schedules and inventory management.
What skills and experience you’ll need:
Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, demand planning, or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred) is a plus.
