What you’ll do:
Organize and coordinate meetings.
Maintain employee relations, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
Ensure compliance with Engagement Software, tracking engagement efforts across assigned locations.
Maintain and analyze HR data to optimize workforce performance and support strategic decision-making.
Manage and improve HR technology systems to continuously enhance employee experience.
Foster employee engagement by building strong relationships with managers, employees, and supervisors, promoting a culture of trust within Diamond Vogel.
Continually solve problems by identifying and addressing challenges within HR operations, ensuring smooth processes that benefit the employee experience.
What skills and experience you’ll need:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Proactive and change mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiasm and curiosity towards organizational behavior and HR best practices.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour.
