Van Sickle, a Diamond Vogel Paint company, has an open position for a Warehouse & Packaging Supervisor at our Lincoln Kingbird Center. The ideal candidate will have computer expertise, good written and verbal communication skills, and a strong desire to serve others. Previous supervisor experience is helpful. This position has a 50 lb. lifting requirement.
Some of the duties include supervising the warehouse and packaging team, prioritizing shipments and production orders, coordinating and scheduling personnel, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting in scheduling dispatch. Duties will also include picking, managing cycle counts processes, warehouse inventory layout, palletizing, wrapping, and shipping orders. The ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and display promptness in a fast-paced environment is crucial. On-the-job training will develop the specific aptitudes necessary to perform the job.
